We have a 4 hour max labour charge out on any single issue for any single PC or Laptop. If it is a major, we will keep you posted and give you the best options before committing your hard earned.

In most cases, its difficult to give a price to fix something we haven seen. Whilst we have a minimum charge of $45.00 + GST, we don't generally charge to have a quick look.

If its difficult to bring your system to  us, we can come to you home or business for a minimal call out of $45 + GST in local Hibiscus coast (Army Bay, Gulf Harbour, Whangaparaoa, Orewa, Silverdale). Please feel free to CONTACT us if you need On Site Services beyond these areas.
