Remote Support Service

If you need help with something and your computer still has access to the internet, is still running and your can still log into it, remote support may be a good alternative to getting someone out to your site or bring your computer into our office.

In the first instance, email or call us to book in a remote support call. If we can help at that point, you will be guided to the installer (see the Remote Support Button below). The process will differ from browser to browser. For this case we prefer you to be using Microsoft Edge

A Remote support session cost is based on the standard hourly rate but has a minimum charge of $50.00 + GST which can be paid by credit card or by 7 day invoice by arrangement. This also covers your first half hour and is charged pro rata @ $100/h + gst beyond that point.
