What's the Process?

Initially we collect some information from you, this includes:

 

→ User names and passwords for your existing email accounts (so we can migrate the data)

→ Details of your domain Name server (we can usually help obtaining this). If you don't have a domain, we can set this up as well.

→ Your Business details (for the office 365 Account setup)

 

That's about it.

 

We then setup your office 365 Tennant and Account, all the user accounts and mail boxes, we setup office 365 to work with your domain.

 

The next step is to migrate your data into the new mail boxes. At this point, you effectively have 2 mail systems running and we can start setting your user access up from their computers and mobile devices, depending on your plan, at this point we also setup other services such as your One Drive online storage for each user, shared mail boxes, Skype for business ect.

 

Once the data migration is completed, we turn off mail delivery to your old host and turn on Mail delivery to office 365 Hosted Exchange.

 

So, basically we do all the donkey work whilst the disruption to your business and users is kept to a minimum.
